Whether you have recently become a new employer, or are thinking of employing someone in the future, make sure you know what you need to do to meet your automatic enrolment duties, and by when.

If you become an employer on or after 1st October 2017, you will immediately have legal duties for your new member of staff. These legal duties begin on the day your first member of staff starts work, so prepare as early as you can. You risk a fine if you do not comply with the law on time.
