Lorraine Kelly wins tax case against HMRC
Lorraine Kelly received a national insurance and income tax bill from HMRC in 2016, but argued that she was not employed by ITV but performs as her "chatty" persona as a self-employed star. The judge ruled that the relationship Kelly had with ITV was a contract for services and not that of an employer and employee.
